Job Description: Sales Representative **Must be Sarawakian

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Find new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, cold calling, and following up on leads to expand the client base.
Client Needs Assessment & Consultation:
Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their specific needs for custom signage and print products, providing recommendations and solutions.
Product Presentation:
Deliver compelling presentations on the company’s range of signs and print services, highlighting features and benefits to showcase how they solve client problems.
Quoting & Proposal Development:
Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and sales agreements for various print and sign projects.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with decision-makers to secure new sales and achieve revenue targets.
Account Management:
Oversee a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships, managing their ongoing needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies in sign and print, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, such as production, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.

Education & Experience
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory if strong
experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in B2B industries (experience in signage, printing, advertising, or
related creative industries is a strong advantage).
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients easily.
• Confident in prospecting, cold calling, and networking to acquire new clients.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable signage/print solutions.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable dealing with decision-makers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing accurate quotations and proposals.
• Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Creative problem solver with consultative selling approach.
• Team player, able to collaborate with design, production, and marketing departments.
• Adaptable to changing market trends and client demands.
Other Requirements
• Possess own transport and valid driving license (role requires client visits).
• Willing to travel within assigned territories.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Offer & Benefits:
Salary: RM 2,300 during probation; RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 upon confirmation
Petrol Allowance: RM 200
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions, annual leave entitlement.
