Job Description: Customer Support Representative **Must be Sarawakian
Job Scope:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
• Provide information and assistance to walk-in customers.
• Handle printing orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
• Check and verify printing files, sizes, and formats to ensure print readiness.
• Coordinate pick-up arrangements or organize delivery for completed orders.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written); ability to read/write Chinese is an added advantage (as 80% of our customers are Chinese speaking).
• 2 years working Experiences
• Relevant working experience in customer service or related fields (is an advantages)
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Cheerful, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Neat and tidy personal appearance.
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is an advantage.
Offer & Benefits:
Salary: RM 2,300 during probation; RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 upon confirmation
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12.00 PM – 1.00PM
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions, annual leave entitlement.
